Cucu Blagak’s House is a restaurant that serve Malay traditional quisine based on “sambal”. Introducing the combination of two different type of “Sambal” we called “sambal” from two continent which are “Sambal Tok Blagak” dan “Sambal ChuChu”. 

We begin our journey in this industry on July 6, 2019 at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. After some times, we move to Sungai Buloh on 29th August 2020. The Idea to set up this restaurant occur when our very own “Sambal Tok Blagak” achieve amazing feedback by the customer. We begin this project with just two key person Nur Safwan and Mohd Hafizi that struggle to ensure the restaurant is a success. We also grows the team and developed new young talent with the opportunity of a successful career and a successful life

Cucu Blagak’s House missions are to become a chain restaurant that serve food and unique “sambal”, to be a restaurant that serve food in a timely manner, to be the go-to place for everyone , to expand and become the leader for restaurants in Malaysia, and to grow a community that is competence in all aspect of life.

The people behind the restaurant are key leaders that was trained by Naaz Premier with relevant knowledge. The crew are made up of youth that is hungry for success and willing to go the extra mile to become knowledgeable and competent.

At Cucu Blagak’s House, Naaz Premier core values is what holds us together and keeping us strong. The values are trust, teamwork, competent, and responsibility.

In our restaurant, a competitive culture is strongly stressed, and every team member is instilled with healthy competition. We set daily goals and discuess the strategy to achieve it. We also discuss among the team member on improving our process so that we can do better tomorrow.

Our restaurant value the people and acknowledge the importance of relieving stress. Occasionally we would do recreational activity, sports, and team outing.

Rewards is our main favorite where high performing individual is acknowledged and rewarded either with prize or with cash. Sometimes the reward is a surprise and at this restaurant surprise is the only things constant.

We also have our signature drinks called “Jagung Rindu Float”.
